Sam’s at Indian Springs Calistoga named after resort founder, Samuel Brannan, is the place to meet for food that is seasonal, creative, and thoughtfully prepared. Sam’s is open to the public and serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner in a convivial and vibrant atmosphere.

Imagined as an extension of the Merchant family table—tasteful, welcoming, art-filled, and eclectic. Our intimate bar and lounge offers artisanal cocktails, a well-curated local wine selection, and light fare.

LA PALMERAIE

La Palmeraie Lounge is a serene spot to start your day, offering espresso drinks & pastries, or cocktails & light bites, under a palm-covered courtyard at the entrance of our historic resort. With its retro airstream and outdoor seating around cozy fire pits, it’s the perfect place to relax and enjoy the peaceful ambiance of Indian Springs.

THE CHAISE LOUNGE

Our newest spot to enjoy lunch, a quick bite, cocktail or a sweet treat poolside. Located in the pavilion between the Mineral Pool and the Adult Pool. Open daily, hours vary season to season.
